These are products which you order online upon payment you are provided with a link to download these are then yours to keep!

We provide a pre-made design as a main template and upon ordering we personalise this template with the given details.

Packaging

The packaging used for an order varies depending on the products being shipped.

All orders are shipped in 100% plastic-free packaging. It’s white-label too, so its eco-friendly.

Mugs - Each mug ships in a mug box. 11oz white mugs in our bespoke single, 2x, 4x or 6x boxes. These are designed specifically for protecting mugs during transit. 

Poster Tubes - These are shipped in triangular tube of weather-proof reinforced cardboard. This shape allows for easier transportation and label application so it’s very practical!

All posters ship in these tubes but for the A4 bamboo prints, which ship in reinforced envelopes.

Digital Products - Once purchased and downloaded there is no refunds for any digital download products unless there is evidence of an error/incorrect file; printable, ecards, wall art. But do get in touch with us and we will try to help as much as possible.

Made to Order Products - Refunds can be offered in 14 days once purchase has been made after this we offer an exchange only policy; tote bags, mugs, ornaments, thaalis henna/mehndi candles/tealights,

Services - For bespoke services after initial consultation and the design process has begun there is no refunds.

Payment - regarding services a non refundable 50% deposit will be taken to cover any cancellations in process.

Design Process: Once payment is received, we will commence work on your project based on the details provided. You'll receive updates and drafts throughout the process for your review and feedback.

Revisions: We offer a set number of revisions for each project to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be communicated beforehand.

Copyright: Upon completion of the project and full payment, you will own the rights to the final design. We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

Delivery: Digital files will be delivered via email or downloadable link. Physical products, if applicable, will be shipped to the address provided. Any shipping fees will be communicated upfront.

Refunds: Refunds are not available once work has commenced. However, if you are dissatisfied with the final product, please contact us, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of the project, a cancellation fee may apply.

Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties unless required for the completion of your project or as outlined in our privacy policy.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of UK, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
