Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your item under the following terms and conditions:
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Each physical product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there is an evident product fault.
If products are returned to sender due to delivery failure we will contact you to let you know, and to arrange redelivery. The shipping costs will need to be paid again.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed or downloaded, it is not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
Exceptions
We understand that issues can arise. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Defective Products: If the digital product is defective or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product, please contact us for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the issue cannot be fixed.

Proof of Purchase
For any inquiries regarding refunds or technical issues, please provide your order number and details of the issue.
License and Access Revocation
In the event of a refund (in exceptional cases as mentioned), we reserve the right to revoke your access to the digital product. You must cease using the product and delete all copies from your devices.
Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no returns policy. You also confirm that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.
What do I do if the product is faulty?
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Please email bansaldesigns148@gmail.com with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.
